NFA Fundraising Questionnaire

Aloha,

Great news! HFS has raised enough funds to cover registration fees ($315/person). Please indicate below whether you would like to accept reimbursement for your registration fee. If you do not accept reimbursement, your $315 will go into the general fund, helping to offset other costs.

• To be reimbursed, please email a copy of your receipt to aloha@hawaiiflutesociety.com.

• Be sure to include your mailing address as well.

• If you receive a convention scholarship from NFA, you can still receive the full $315 from HFS.

We understand that attending the convention is still prohibitively expensive for some, and want to provide additional fundraising/scholarship opportunities:

• Zippy’s Chili Tickets

  • If you would like to sell Zippy’s tickets (now redeemable for breakfast plate, chili, Portuguese Bean Soup, or cornbread), please indicate how many tickets below.

  • You will be responsible for collecting $11/ticket. At the end of the drive, you pay $6/ticket sold to HFS and keep the rest. For example, if you sell 50 tickets, you pay HFS $300 and keep $250.

  • There is no penalty to you for unsold tickets. However, try to order what you think you can sell. We can reorder later if necessary.

  • If you don’t want to keep the money, you may sell on behalf of others, or to contribute to the general fund.

• Potential Lodging Assistance

  • We are exploring the possibility of purchasing a few double occupancy rooms for those in need. If this would make a difference in your ability to attend, please indicate this below.
